Brozen Bar is Bristol’s “local gem” and “amazing” five-star rated bar which makes delicious cocktails, gelato and desserts with a twist.

Based on St. Nicholas Street, Brozen Bar makes frozen cocktails, gelato and desserts, but in line with Government guidance had to close their doors until 4th July.

To help cope with cashflow and allow locals to enjoy their cocktails and gelato during the lockdown, the team at Brozen Bar launched a collection service for their frozen cocktails available in eight flavours.

You can pre-order your frozen cocktail and collect it next day from Brozen Bar’s Bristol bar after your cocktail has been prepared, frozen in liquid nitrogen and flash chilled prior to collection to ensure that your cocktail looks equally stunning when it gets home.

The move has allowed Brozen Bar to carry on trading while many hospitality businesses are still closed; offering 500ml tubs (3 servings) for £16.50 each.

The collection of eight flavours features common favourites such as Passion on Ice (a Passionfruit Margarita) and newcomers like Breakfast of Champions (Butter-washed Buffalo Trace, Edmond Briottet cacao blanc, Seville orange marmalade, Caramelized toast, Gelato base).

The company offers collection times of 2pm – 6pm, Thursday to Saturday.
